How is the Advanced Search different from the Quick Search?
The Advanced Search adds the power-user filters: draw a polygon on the map to search an exact area, filter by school district, lot size, year built, garage spaces, pool, price per square foot, listing status, or MLS number. The Quick Search is a simpler city-price-beds-baths search. Both cover the full Houston MLS.
Can I search homes by school district?
Yes. The Advanced Search lets you filter listings by school district and attendance zone, which is one of the most common ways Greater Houston buyers narrow their search. You can pair it with the School Search to confirm ratings before you tour.
Can I draw my own search area on the map?
Yes. Map polygon search lets you outline a specific neighborhood, subdivision, or commute radius and see only the homes inside it — useful when your ideal area does not line up neatly with a city or ZIP code boundary.
What happens when I find a home I want to see?
Send the listing to Sahar and she will schedule a private showing. She has access to every home on the market, so she can get you in regardless of the listing brokerage.
