Does this search show every home for sale, or only Sahar's listings?
This search covers the entire Houston MLS — every home on the market across Greater Houston and Fort Bend County, not just homes Sahar represents. You can filter by city, neighborhood, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, or a specific address.
Do I need an account to search homes?
No. You can browse and filter listings without signing up. Creating a free HAR account lets you save searches and get alerts when new homes match your criteria, but it is optional — you can also just send Sahar the listings you like and she will handle the rest.
How do I book a showing on a home I find?
When a listing catches your eye, send it to Sahar and she will arrange a private showing at a time that works for you. Because she has full MLS access, she can get you into any listed home, regardless of which brokerage holds the listing.
Which areas can I search?
The search includes the full Greater Houston market — Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Katy, The Woodlands, Houston proper, and surrounding Fort Bend and Harris County communities. For a full-filter map search with school districts, lot size, and year built, use the Advanced Search.
